Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 5 years in management, program or project leadership.
• 3 years in clinical research or related industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the assigned clinical research program with day-to-day operations and administration.
• May manage study intake including feasibility, PRMC submission and tracking declined trials.
• Identify logistics, actions, barriers and lead cross-functional teams to support administration.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to guide and grow the program.
• Identify growth/efficiency opportunities; assist in strategic planning and budgeting.
• Provide program performance analysis, QA, and trend reporting.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with procedures and policies.
• Design training plans and mentor staff; oversee onboarding and competency.
• Monitor governance, compliance with laws and regulatory standards.
• May manage staff and recruitment, onboarding, and performance development.
