Job summary

SiteBridge Research Inc. is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator for the Long Island, NY area. The role is 100% onsite, part-time (20 hours per week), supporting the PI and clinical staff across studies to ensure compliant, timely trial execution.

The ideal candidate has a life science degree and 3+ years of clinical trial experience, with knowledge of FDA/ICH-GCP guidelines, excellent communication, and meticulous record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a life science field required.
• 3+ years of experience in clinical sites/trials.
• Knowledge of FDA and ICH-GCP regulations required.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the clinical PI and staff across multiple studies.
• Facilitate daily trial operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate participant screening, consent, and intake assessments.
• Maintain study records and regulatory paperwork per FDA guidelines.
• Communicate progress to PI and site operations leaders.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
