Job summary

SiteBridge Research, Inc. in Lufkin, TX seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator or Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator to support the PI across multiple studies. This onsite role involves daily trial operations, collaboration with the site team, sponsors, and monitors to ensure ICH/GCP compliance and timely study completion.

The role requires hands-on clinical research experience; Clinical Research Assistants are encouraged to apply. 100% onsite in Lufkin, Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a life science discipline required.
• 3+ years of experience at clinical sites/trials.
• Cardiology experience a plus.
• Knowledge of FDA and ICH GCP regulations required.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with study participants about study objectives.
• Administer questionnaires and monitor protocol adherence.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and ethical conduct.
• Maintain study records including case report forms and drug dispensation records.
• Manage study and staff records related to trial activity.
• Screen and recruit participants, obtain informed consent, conduct intake assessments.
• Track participant enrollment across studies.
• Prepare trial documents such as worksheets, AE reports, IRB docs, manuals, progress reports.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal laws per ICH/GCP.
• Create and maintain essential study documentation and records.
• Update Clinical PI and Site Operations on recruitment and study performance.
• Stay updated on protocols and regulatory requirements.
