Job summary

Parexel is hiring a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) in the United States with at least 12 months of onsite monitoring experience. You will manage clinical sites from initiation through closeout, acting as the main contact to ensure study quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Onsite monitoring experience (minimum 12 months).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a health-related field.
• Knowledge of GCP, regulatory requirements, and trial processes.
• Experience with CTMS/EDMS and MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal skills.
• Oncology/Ophthalmology/CAR-T/MASH monitoring experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualification visits, site initiation, monitoring, and termination visits.
• Manage site quality from identification to closeout.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned sites and address questions.
• Build relationships with investigators and site staff.
• Review trial performance and safeguard participant rights and safety.
• Develop patient recruitment strategies to support enrollment timelines.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate data quality, site performance, and accountability.
• Verify site regulatory documentation and site files.
