Job summary

Arcetyp LLC is hiring a Clinical Laboratory Technician to support government and commercial clients, with on-site positions in Iwakuni and Yokosuka, Japan. The role requires laboratory testing across multiple disciplines, specimen handling, and adherence to strict regulatory standards.

The candidate must hold MLT certifications (ASCP or AMT), be able to travel locally, and comply with HIPAA, Joint Commission, and DoD requirements. English fluency and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English; clear communication with patients and team members.
• Current ASCP-MLT or AMT-MLT certification and active licensure.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical laboratory tests across hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, serology, microbiology and blood bank.
• Prepare specimens and run tests using manual or automated methods.
• Record results accurately and file reports in CHCS/AHLTA.
• Operate automated systems and participate in PI and RM activities.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards and HIPAA policies.
