Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-5 years of Small Component Assembly in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge: Raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and distribution.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication; reading comprehension; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned assembly tasks.
• Prepare components prior to assembly, clean components, mark, and inspect components, subassemblies, or completed assemblies.
• Test finished assemblies.
• Operate equipment such as Die Attach Machine, Wire Bonder, X-Ray Machine.
• Observe health and safety procedures with hazardous chemicals.
• Participate in team meetings for improvement and CBS initiatives.
