Traylor Bros. offers a hands-on internship or co-op for civil construction engineering students across U.S. job sites. You will gain exposure to estimating, design, scheduling, procurement, surveying, and cost reporting while developing leadership and safety skills.

The role is in-person, onsite, full-time (40+ hours/week), with relocation paid if needed. The program runs from January to May 2026, with flexibility on dates to accommodate university requirements.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Civil, Mechanical, Construction Engineering & Management or related program and completed sophomore year.
• Demonstrates leadership potential, problem-solving ability and decisions in fast-paced environments.
• AutoCAD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering and management thinking across estimating, design, scheduling, procurement, surveying and cost reporting.
• Assist in safety plan development and site audits; support quality assurance and change order prep.
• Help with drawings estimation, field surveying, production tracking and cost analyses.
