Qualifikationen

• Doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology with full licensure in the applicable state.
• Supervisory experience in behavioral/mental health preferred.
• Experience in institutional settings is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in crisis situations.
• Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and develop clear reports in a timely manner.
• Proficiency with computers and mental health documentation software.

• Oversee and supervise Behavioral Health clinicians and perform peer reviews.
• Ensure timely, competent completion of duties, evaluations, and follow-ups.
• Establish clear performance expectations and enforce policy and scope of practice.
• Provide direct supervision and corrective action for performance gaps.
• Communicate expectations clearly within a multidisciplinary team.
• Coordinate reports to clients, GEO leadership, and regulatory bodies.
