Job summary

United Shore Financial Services LLC is seeking a Building Support Specialist to provide on-site facilities support at our Pontiac office. You will manage supplies, furniture setups, mail services, and daily maintenance tasks while delivering exceptional service to internal clients.

The role requires 100% onsite attendance, physical ability to lift 50+ pounds, and proficiency with basic tools. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment dedicated to keeping the workspace efficient and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma and strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication and elite client service mindset.
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Ability to operate a push cart/hand cart for deliveries and setup.

Responsibilities

• Monitor supply levels by department needs.
• Set up and reset for corporate events.
• Deliver furniture and supplies as needed.
• Assist with interoffice/mail services and recycling duties.
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness.
• Deliver paper and supplies to departments as needed.
• Maintain fountain and coffee machines.
• Data entry and other admin duties as needed.
