onsemi invites a Non-Engineering Intern to join our Scottsdale-area teams. You will collaborate with seasoned professionals on high-visibility projects across business operations, supply chain, finance, IT, and analytics, gaining hands-on experience in a leading semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, MBA, or related degree in one of the listed business/analytics disciplines.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Interest in leveraging data, automation, AI, and emerging technologies to solve business challenges.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders and teams on strategic initiatives and operational projects.
Leverage AI, automation, analytics, and digital tools to improve processes and drive data-informed decisions.
Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
Collect, manage, analyze, and report business data to identify trends and insights.
Develop dashboards, reports, and business recommendations.
