As part of the Assembly team, assemble, fit, and install boat components following drawings and orders.
Use hand/power tools and precise measurements to ensure tolerances and alignment.
Perform quality checks and cooperate with QA to uphold standards.
Adhere to safety guidelines and keep the workspace organized.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to assemble boats.
Assemble hulls, decks, cabins, bulkheads, and other structural elements.
Ensure proper alignment and fitting using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
Perform quality checks and address issues with QA teammates.
Follow safety protocols and report concerns to supervisors.
Collaborate with boat assemblers, technicians, engineers, and designers to coordinate tasks.
Maintain and care for assembly tools, equipment, and keep a clean workspace.
Meet production schedules and timelines.
