Job summary

Agiliti is seeking a Field Service Technician I to perform cost-effective inspection, maintenance, calibration, and repair on medical devices at customer sites. You will complete documentation for billing and regulatory compliance and communicate equipment features to clinical staff.

Requirements include an associate degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, or biomedical equipment technology (CBET acceptable) plus a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, or biomedical equipment technology; CBET acceptable as alternative.
• Basic computer skills and understanding of networks and equipment interaction.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license; safe driving record per policy.
• Willingness to travel periodically to support business needs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform varied physical tasks.
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch, crawl, sit, stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, calibrate, and repair medical devices at customer sites.
• Complete paperwork and data entry accurately for billing and regulatory compliance.
