Actalent is seeking a BIM Modeler (Entry-Level) to join our on-site team in Gastonia, NC. You will develop and maintain electrical BIM models, coordinate with engineers and field teams, and contribute to project deliverables from inception through construction.

This entry-level role offers hands-on growth in BIM and electrical design within a collaborative environment. Ideal candidates have Revit/AutoCAD experience, a detail-oriented mindset, and a drive to learn.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and CAD software with BIM capabilities.
• Understanding of electrical design concepts and construction practices.
• Ability to coordinate project models and resolve clashes and errors.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and coordinate BIM models for electrical projects.
• Assist with project setup, model organization, and quality control procedures.
• Identify and resolve model conflicts, errors, and coordination issues.
• Generate drawings, schedules, and project deliverables from BIM models.
• Participate in model coordination and clash detection efforts.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, designers, and field teams.
• Support BIM standards, workflows, and process improvements.
• Provide technical assistance and contribute ideas for efficiency.
