Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years as BI Developer or Data Analyst.
• Experience with data warehouse design, ETL, and data modeling.
• Proficiency with BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, or MicroStrategy.
• Hands-on with ARCU Data Warehouse and SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions for performance and analytics.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications with stakeholders.
• Deliver optimized BI/EDW reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and reliability of analytics platforms.
