Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an assembly operator responsible for on-time delivery and customer satisfaction by performing assembly per standard work procedures and manufacturing instructions in the cell.

You will assemble ball nuts, operate small hand tools for deburr, engraving as needed, and use gauges and inspection equipment. Daily team communication, strict 5S adherence, and safety compliance are required. Overtime may be available.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow prints, MI's and QP's to accomplish the task.
• Read and follow work instructions written and verbal.
• Must solve practical problems across varying situations.
• Use inspection equipment including micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.
• Must perform basic math and interpret results.
• Compute rate, ratio and percent to read bar graphs.
• Lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assembles ball nuts and performs assembly per standard work.
• Uses small hand tools for deburring and engraving as needed.
• May use saws, straighteners, buffers, and overhead hoist.
• Communicates daily with team and other facilities.
• Comply with 5S, environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
