The position requires Athletic Training certifications and state licenses with a focus on ergonomics. A strong emphasis on patient education, reporting, and adherence to OSHA standards is expected, with a 40-hour workweek on-site

Qualifications

• Education in Athletic Training or related field.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or in-state equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ergonomics certification or training preferred.
• State licenses/certifications in applicable therapy fields may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site care at a client site in Goshen, IN.
• Lead injury prevention and EDM programs.
• Perform ergonomic assessments (on-site/virtual/office/vehicle).
• Produce timely, detailed reports and maintain documentation.
• Adhere to safety policies and regulatory standards.
• Difficulty tasks like Return to Work/Stay at Work services as needed.
