Job summary

Concentra is seeking an Athletic Trainer for a full-time onsite role at our Vancouver, WA clinic. You will provide frontline healthcare services, perform injury assessments, and support workers’ compensation and return-to-work activities.

Requirements include licensure, current First Aid/CPR, and 1 year of onsite experience. You will work with safety and HR teams to promote a healthy, safe workplace and deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer.
• 1 year of experience in an onsite setting is preferred.
• Experience with workers' compensation and return-to-work processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic first aid and injury assessment per physician orders.
• Refer injured associates to clinicians for appropriate care.
• Respond to onsite medical emergencies following standing orders.
• Coordinate Workers' Compensation case management and RTW activities.
• Collaborate with HR on return-to-work and ergonomics programs.
