Job summary

Strategic Resilience Group seeks a Primary Care Provider (Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant) to join the Dayton VA Medical Center onsite team delivering comprehensive veteran care. You will evaluate and treat patients, order tests, coordinate subspecialty care, and support discharge and follow-up, including end-of-life planning, with documentation in the VA electronic health record.

Qualifications

• MD, DO, NP, or PA credentials required.
• Current license in good standing.
• Physicians must hold full unrestricted license in any U.S. state, territory, commonwealth, or D.C.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine.
• Current BLS and ACLS or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain VA credentialing and privileging.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently.

Required Qualifications

• Physicians must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Current BLS and ACLS or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain VA credentialing and privileging before start.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently.
