Job summary

Krones, Inc. seeks an Asset & Customer Care Manager to lead on-site operations at a customer facility in Perth, NY or Stockton, CA, overseeing customer relationships, asset reliability, and project performance within the Ingeniq Line of the Future partnership.

The role emphasizes safety, maintenance planning, contract management, and continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma, SAP Asset Management, and digital analytics to optimize production and financial results.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering or related field.
• 5-10 years of progressively responsible experience in manufacturing, packaging, maintenance, operations, or asset management environments.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in packaging operations and project management.
• Strong knowledge of bottling and packaging systems, equipment reliability, and maintenance best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the customer service agreement and performance metrics.
• Build strong customer relationships and lead regular review meetings.
• Drive Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and production output.
• Coordinate activities with Embedded Engineers and customer stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee preventive, corrective, and overhaul maintenance.
