The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $220,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Candidates with active security clearances may qualify for the higher end of this range.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software engineering or forward deployed engineering experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or higher required at time of hire.
• Comfort operating with high autonomy in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Go onsite to configure, optimize, and support ConductorAI software.
• Write and maintain production-quality code in Python and TypeScript.
• Work directly with users to gather feedback and translate insights into product requirements.
