Job summary

VY Systems is seeking an experienced AI Integration Engineer to join the on-site technology engineering team on a contract basis. You will own the design, development, and maintenance of scalable enterprise solutions focusing on AI model integration, LLM deployment, and API orchestration using Python and enterprise integration patterns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 6+ years of progressive professional experience in software engineering and enterprise technology development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in AI model integration, LLM deployment, API orchestration, Python, and enterprise system integration.
• Deep practical proficiency in core software design principles, API development, and distributed data processing.
• Experience with databases, query optimization, and enterprise data persistence frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong stakeholder collaboration abilities.
• Mandatory local residency and on-site availability for 5-day-a-week C2C operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications and distributed software components.
• Implement robust AI model integration, LLM deployment, API orchestration, Python, and enterprise system integration solutions.
• Integrate backend microservices and data pipelines seamlessly with RESTful APIs and enterprise databases.
• Develop responsive user interfaces and robust server-side logic to support complex enterprise workflows.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects, performance bottlenecks, and integration failures across environments.
• Collaborate with solution architects, data scientists, and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Author comprehensive software documentation, API specifications, design documents, and deployment runbooks.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile sprint planning to ensure high code quality.
