Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 3–6 years of software development experience.
• 2+ years building AI/ML or Generative AI apps.
• Experience REST APIs and distributed services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-enabled applications.
• Build generative AI solutions using LLMs.
• Develop AI agents, workflows, and orchestration frameworks.
• Implement RAG, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval.
• Build APIs, microservices, and backend AI workloads.
• Evaluate model performance, cost, and latency.
• Develop automated testing, monitoring, and observability.
• Collaborate with product owners to translate requirements.
• Implement responsible AI, security, privacy, and governance.
