Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrates reliability and willingness to learn.
• Must be able to obtain EP status under SEA.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, holidays and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture rocket motor components including tooling/assembly/disassembly, case prep, machining and final assembly.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and facilities as directed.
• Perform manufacturing operations in compliance with AS9100, safety and environmental standards.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specs and work instructions.
• Collaborate to improve safety, quality, cost and schedule of teams.
• Champion safety culture and adhere to explosive safety protocols.
