Job summary

Aumovio is looking for an enthusiastic engineer based in Auburn Hills, Michigan for on-site technical support on various ADAS products. The ideal candidate will coordinate customer technical topics, help troubleshoot issues, and need strong communication skills to work with international teams. A solid understanding of mechanical/electronic systems is essential, along with experience in product development or debugging software. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of mechanical or electronic systems.
• Ability to analyze technical problems effectively.
• Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all regional technical topics with customers.
• Lead on-site technical issues meetings.
• Assist in root cause analysis for customer-reported issues.
• Document open issues and track customer developments.
