Assertive Professionals in Quantico, VA seeks an Acquisition Program Analyst to support DoD/DoW programs. This open position provides acquisition support, documentation, analyses and stakeholder coordination in a government environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or 8+ years of federal acquisition experience) and fluency in English. Onsite work with competitive benefits and a structured compensation package awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; OR a minimum of eight (8) years of federal acquisition, contracting, or procurement experience.
• Experience supporting market research, acquisition documentation, contract administration, or procurement analysis.
• Competencies in technical writing, business strategy, Lean Six Sigma/SCRUM team leadership and/or DAWIA Program and Procurement Management, Project Management and/or Procurement methodologies.
• Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS and other Federal Regulations and DoD/DoW policies.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Provide acquisition support to DCSA ATE programs, including documentation, studies and analyses, baselines and transition plans.
• Prepare and edit acquisition plans, test plans, data packages, and milestone documents; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Conduct cost/schedule/performance/risk analyses and support executive program reviews; facilitate IPTs and working groups.
