Industrial Design is seeking a Layout CAD Drafter to create and maintain 2D AutoCAD drawings supporting equipment layouts and facility planning for semiconductor manufacturing projects. This full‑time onsite role requires collaborating with Industrial Engineers to develop layout scenarios, verify fields, and maintain accurate facility documentation in active manufacturing environments.

The position emphasizes hands-on drafting, field verification, and multi‑project coordination within cleanroom

Qualifications

• 2+ years of 2D AutoCAD drafting experience.
• Proficiency with Xrefs, Blocks, Attributes, and Layer Management.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
• Preferred: Dynamic Blocks.
• Preferred: Experience drafting industrial layouts.
• Preferred: Experience in semiconductor facilities or cleanrooms.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and maintain detailed 2D AutoCAD layout drawings.
• Develop equipment layout scenarios based on Industrial Engineering requirements.
• Update facility master drawings and equipment layouts.
• Perform field as‑built verification and document existing conditions.
• Measure equipment locations and identify available space for future installations.
• Create and maintain equipment blocks and layout drawings.
• Support facility planning and space utilization projects.
• Coordinate with Industrial Engineers and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
