Job summary

Suncoast Credit Union in Tampa, FL is seeking an ITM Teller to provide real-time transaction assistance to members from a centralized location via the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM). The ideal candidate is comfortable and professional on camera while handling deposits, transfers and other transactions.

Starting pay is $18.50 per hour with a regular schedule Monday–Friday; there is a one day off on Tue/Wed/Thu based on needs and Sundays off, plus an option to work from home after 4–6 months of

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of experience in customer service or a similar position.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, payments, transfers, and withdrawals.
• Ensure endorsements and IDs follow policy.
• Use multiple software programs to complete transactions and communicate with members.
• Provide professional, courteous service while validating transaction accuracy.
• Perform end-of-day balancing.
• Adhere to security, audit, and compliance requirements.
• Promote Suncoast products to support member financial health.
• Attend educational events to grow knowledge.
• Complete BSA/AML and Red Flag training.

Overview

Starting Pay: $18.50

Start Date: October 26th, 2026

Training Schedule: Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Regular Schedule: Monday through Friday: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM with Saturday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM

One day off on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday (based on business needs), Sunday off

*Employees are given the option to work from home after 4-6 months of proficient performance*

The ITM Teller provides real-time transaction assistance to members from a centralized location through video transmission via the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM). This role performs a variety of financial transactions to serve Suncoast Credit Union members. An ideal candidate is comfortable, professional, and friendly on camera.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of financial transactions including, but not limited to, deposits, payments, transfers, and withdrawals
• Ensure proper endorsements and identification are obtained to follow credit union policies and procedures
• Utilize various software programs concurrently to complete transactions and communicate with multiple members simultaneously
• Provide a high level of professional and courteous service while observing due diligence for the validity of the transactions
• Perform end-of-day balancing
• Adhere to security, audit, and compliance requirements
• Support credit union expansion by recognizing opportunities to promote products to improve the financial lives of Suncoast members
• Attend educational events to increase professional knowledge
• Complete annual BSA/AML compliance training and understands employee’s role in maintaining an effective BSA/AML compliance program
• Complete FACT Act Red Flag training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of experience in customer service or a similar position
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Ability to prioritize tasks by effectively managing competing and changing priorities to meet deadlines
• Accurate, detail-oriented, and organized with task management
• Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously
• Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with members, staff, vendors, and government regulators
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Must maintain a high level of confidentiality
