Job summary

Bookmans Exchange seeks an Online Store Pricer/Stocker/Shipper to join our e-commerce team in Tucson. You will assist with daily online store tasks, process orders accurately, and help keep inventory up to date.

You will handle product listing, ship orders per guidelines, and maintain clean, organized workspaces while meeting productivity targets and shift attendance requirements.

Bookmans is looking for a focused, reliable, and detail-oriented Online Store Pricer/Stocker/Shipper to join our e-commerce team! If you enjoy working with product inventory, navigating online sales platforms, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily online store tasks, including product processing, listing, and order prep.
• Maintain compliance with external seller platform standards and shipping guidelines.
• Utilize e-commerce systems and shipping software to process orders accurately.
• Keep individual workstations and shared processing/prep areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Maintain high individual productivity, focused work effort, and consistent shift attendance.

• Strong technical adaptability and comfort working with e-commerce software.
• Excellent time management, punctuality, and ability to work self-sufficiently.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Familiarity with online retail platforms, seller site guidelines, and shipping tools is a plus.

Job Demands:

• Standing for long shifts on concrete floors, walking continuously, and frequently lifting or moving boxes weighing up to 40 pounds or more.
• Picking, sorting, and packing online or in-store book orders accurately and quickly.
• Receiving shipments, inspecting for damage, uploading items into an inventory database, shelving stock, and updating computer or manual inventory logs.
• Safely using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or barcode scanners following training.

This position is Full-time (minimum 30 hours per week)
