Job summary

Wadsworth Buehler's Fresh Foods is seeking an Online Shopper to assist customers by processing shopping orders, supporting frontend operations, and handling checkout pickup duties. This role combines customer service with order fulfillment and requires flexibility with scheduling.

Responsibilities include shopping orders, direct customer service at the checkstand and pickup lane, and maintaining cleanliness around the frontend area.

Qualifications

• Availability: Must be available to be scheduled between 20-30hrs a week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs.
• Previous Work Experience: Outstanding customer service skills and minimum - 12 months cashier experience required.
• Physical Demands: Walking, bending, stooping, carrying, loading, etc.; repetitive lifting to 50#; occasional lifting to 80#.

Online Shopper:

Customer Service Clerk working on the store's Frontend and responsible for a variety of tasks either prior to or during regular store hours. This person's primary duties include working the Click Load & Go Department, shopping orders for customers, direct customer service and assistance at the checkstand and pick-up lane. Secondary duties include housekeeping at or around the store's Frontend; and related tasks as required or assigned.
