Job summary

Jerry’s Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a part-time union associate at Cub Foods Rogers to assist customers, stock shelves, and support department operations. The role offers a progressive pay scale up to $16.00 per hour, based on experience, with varying hours including weekends.

Responsibilities include helping customers, shopping orders, delivering to cars, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment. A team-oriented, punctual, and customer-focused attitude is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make lasting connections with customers
• Ensure customers get the best produce, meat and dairy products available
• Shop customers’ orders and deliver to their cars (may be heavy lifting up to 50lbs)
• Help maintain a clean and safe store
• Work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department
• Be a part of a dedicated team that arrives promptly for shifts and works as scheduled
