Stride, Inc. in Florida is seeking an Academic Administrator/Principal to direct and coordinate educational and counseling activities for students in a predominantly virtual environment.

This leadership role requires experience overseeing teachers, administrators, and programs while ensuring compliance with state standards. Responsibilities include developing the Academic Improvement Plan, coordinating with teachers and families, and guiding the school toward data-driven student success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, education or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of educational experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Ability to clear required background check and travel 20%.

Responsabilités

• Ensure programs meet state and local standards through evaluation and coordination.
• Manage teaching and administrative staff and lead programs.
• Coordinate with teachers, students and parents on educational and behavioral issues.
• Develop and oversee the school’s Academic Improvement Plan.
• Support a virtual/remote work environment using communication technologies.
