Qualifications

• Earned Doctorate (Ph.D. or Ed.D.) in Educational Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or a closely related field.
• BCBA or BCBA-D certification is preferred, but not required.
• Deep knowledge of current research trends, legal regulations, and ethical guidelines governing educational psychology and clinical practice.
• Demonstrated experience in higher education program coordination, curriculum architecture, or academic leadership.
• Experience with online or hybrid graduate teaching and familiarity with LMS (Canvas) and instructional design teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for day-to-day administration of the Educational Psychology program and its specialized concentrations.
• Manage academic scheduling, instructional planning, and curriculum mapping to ensure long-term sustainability and program growth.
• Direct preparation of institutional assessment reports, course evaluations, and university documentation.
• Ensure compliance with university policies, regional accreditation bodies, and credentialing standards.
• Assist with departmental budget planning, resource allocation, and financial sustainability of the program's concentrations.
• Oversee clinical supervisors who assist students in meeting clinical requirements for the program.
• Recruit, onboard, and evaluate adjunct faculty; coordinate teaching assignments and collaboration among core and adjunct faculty.
• Provide robust academic and career advising to graduate students; support diversity and non-traditional learners.
• Support scholarly research, publication, and university service; integrate faith and learning within ACU community.
