Job summary

Minimum of four (4) years related and verifiable work experience in instructional design for corporate training environments and electronic media asset creation with a focus on visual design and writing for instruction.
Doctorate or terminal degree with at least 18 graduate semester hours in Education, Instructional Design, Communication Design, or Training and Development.

Responsibilities

Create an environment of learning through effective teaching skills and student-centered focus.
Utilize diverse teaching strategies and encourage active learning.
Deliver lectures for campus courses and hold scheduled virtual meetings for online courses.
Interact positively with diverse student populations and provide equal learning opportunities.
Maintain knowledge and skills through continuing education as per faculty development plan.
