Job summary

ShopRite is seeking an Online Shopping Clerk in Bottino, NJ. You will take customer orders from the ShopRite website, select items, bag and pack orders, process payment, and transport orders to customers. You’ll need to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work with a friendly, can-do attitude.

The role requires excellent English reading and communication skills, basic math, and the ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment at the Sewell, NJ location.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak English fluently.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Must be able to stand/walk for the duration of shift.
• Regularly lift 25 lbs. and occasionally 50 lbs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Work cooperatively with others and follow schedules.

Responsibilities

• Identify products accurately from multiple departments.
• Select and organize customer items efficiently.
• Bag orders securely and prepare totes for pickup or delivery.
• Handle payments and process cash, cards, and EBT where applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
