Job summary

Walmart is seeking Online Order Filling associates to fill and dispense online orders, locate, prepare, and package merchandise with careful attention to order accuracy. You will shop for customers and select the right items, then dispense orders and engage customers throughout the process.

The pace can be intense in evenings, on weekends, and during holidays. Work hours may start between 7:00am–9:00am or 8:00am–11:00am, and compensation ranges from $16.00 to $29.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Acknowledge and greet customers with a smile.
• Answer customer questions accurately and politely.
• Help customers locate the products they want in-store.

Responsibilities

• Fill and dispense online orders with accuracy.
• Shop for customers and select appropriate items.
• Provide product substitutions and consult with customers as needed.
