Job summary

Walmart Roanoke Supercenter is seeking Online Order Filling associates to locate, prepare, and package online orders with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction. You will substitute products when needed and confirm orders before pickup.

This full-time position offers hourly pay from $21 to $34, plus benefits including health, 401(k), paid time off, and education programs through Live Better U, with eligibility per policy.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
