Walmart in Palm Coast, FL is seeking an Online Order Filling associate to fill online orders with accuracy, locate, prepare and package merchandise, and confirm substitutions as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

This full-time position offers hourly pay from $20 to $33 plus performance incentives, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and access to education programs through Live Better U.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
