Job summary

Walmart is seeking an Online Order Filling associate in Milton, FL to locate, prepare, and package online orders for pickup with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

You will substitute products when needed and communicate with customers to ensure proper fulfillment in a fast-paced, full-time role at Walmart.

• Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Hourly Wage and Compensation

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

$20 - $33 per/hour

Additional Compensation

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
