Walmart in Brownwood, TX is seeking Online Order Filling associates to accurately locate, prepare, and package online orders for pickup, ensuring the correct items and quantities are selected and boxed for customer satisfaction. You will verify substitutions when needed, consult with customers as required, and maintain high accuracy while working with fast-paced schedules.

Hourly Wage: $19 - $32 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
