The role is full-time at Walmart Supercenter #231 with on-site work in Ada, Oklahoma, and compensation includes an hourly wage plus performance incentives and possible premiums depending on schedule, facility, or tasks.

• They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up.
• They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Hourly Wage: $19 - $32 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
