Job summary

Walmart is seeking Online Order Filling Associates in Richmond, VA to fill and prepare online orders for pickup. You will locate, prepare and package items, ensuring accuracy before handoff to customers.

Roles support both full-time and part-time schedules across opening, morning, mid-shift and closing shifts, with benefits including health coverage and savings programs. Training and team support are provided.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
