Compensation

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour

Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums can be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, and multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
