Job summary

Walmart Lilburn seeks Online Order Filling associates to fill and dispense online orders at Walmart Supercenter #1373, 4004 Lawrenceville Hwy NW, Lilburn, GA 30047.

You will locate, prepare and package merchandise, verify order accuracy, and assist customers with substitutions to ensure satisfaction during pickup. Shifts include Mid-Shift and Closing; both full-time and part-time roles offered with comprehensive benefits.

Job description

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
