Job summary

Walmart is seeking an Online Order Filling Associate at the Lecanto, FL location to support online order fulfillment in a fast-paced retail environment. The role focuses on accurately locating, preparing, and packaging items for customer pickup, with substitutions made as needed and customer satisfaction in mind.

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
