Walmart is seeking Online Order Filling associates in Lafayette, LA to fill and dispense online orders with accuracy and care. You will locate, prepare, and package merchandise for pickup, and when needed, consult with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Job description

Hourly Wage

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

$14 - $27 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes

Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
