Compensation

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Hourly wage: $14 - $27 per hour. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
