Walmart is seeking Online Order Filling associates at Walmart Supercenter in Houston to fill, locate, prepare, and package online orders and ensure accuracy for pickup. This part-time role offers Mid-Shift and Closing shifts with hourly pay of $14–$27, plus performance incentives.

Responsibilities

• Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
