Job summary

Walmart is seeking Online Order Filling associates at our Elkhart Supercenter to accurately fill online orders. You will locate, prepare, and package merchandise, verify order accuracy, and make substitutions as needed while communicating with customers for satisfaction.

This part-time role offers a hourly wage ranging from $14 to $27 with additional performance incentives and potential premiums based on schedule, season, or work performed. Training and benefits are provided per Walmart policies.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
