Job Overview

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Compensation

Hourly wage: $14–$27 per hour, meeting or exceeding the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives, and premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums can apply.
