Job summary

Walmart Supercenter #592 in Derby, KS is seeking Online Order Filling associates. You will locate, prepare, and package online orders, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pickup and making appropriate product substitutions when needed.

You will consult with customers to ensure satisfaction and work across shifts to support timely fulfillment.

This role offers part-time scheduling with mid-shift and closing shifts, plus competitive pay and incentives, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Job description

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
